This Christmas we wanted to spread the festive joy by engaging with our amazing community, and sharing the love with our friends at amazing local businesses! 

• Daily challenge: Each day, from 1 - 24 December, we will post a daily yoga pose challenge across our social media pages, ranging from a simple childs pose to some more challenging playful options. There will be something accessible to everyone!
• What's behind the door?: Each pose will correspond with a daily prize which is on offer to anyone who enters! Some prize teasers can be found below.
• Strike a pose: Post a picture or video to your social media and tag us, or send us a picture directly. All you have to do is try and you will be a part of the daily competition! 
• Keep the fun going: You can join try the pose out any day in December to be entered for that daily prize, giving you the whole month to be in with a chance to win the stuff you really want this Christmas. Try as many of the daily challenges as you want too - the more you try the more chances you have to win!
• Christmas presents all round: Between Christmas and New Year we will announce all 24 winners and if you have won we will be in touch with your prize. 

Join us from home, work or participate while you are at one of our classes. All of our teachers will be happy to help you out with the daily pose and remind you how to enter!
