Dani was drawn to yoga as a teenager in an attempt to find more “zen” amongst GCSE exam chaos. She continued practising on-and-off for several years, before finding solace in regular practise at home over COVID. 10 years after she first stepped onto the mat, she took the leap and trained to be a teacher, completing her 300-hour British Wheel of Yoga Certificate in July 2024.
Now freshly qualified and full of enthusiasm, Dani emphasises the importance of playful exploration in the yoga practise. Her training with the BWY means that Dani’s classes are rooted in Hatha yoga, combined with plenty of vinyasa flow and breathwork. You can expect a balance of yoga’s ancient spiritual wisdom with a modern understanding of anatomy and physiology for a fun, holistic approach which is suitable for intermediate students.
